Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel a lesson, please notify us 24 hours before the start of the lesson. If you would like to cancel a Saturday 2:00pm lesson, inform us before 2:00pm on Friday. Otherwise, the full lesson fee will be charged without an alternative lesson being offered. Exceptions can be made for emergencies.

All cancelled lessons (24 hours in advance) must be made up by attending on another day, within 2 months of the date of the cancelled lesson and before the 31st December of that year. We would like all students to attend weekly lessons as booked, however, we understand that this is not always possible. Therefore, we have taken a flexible approach that allows parents to move lessons around to alternative days. However, this should only be done as a last resort. We discourage casual cancellations because rescheduled lessons cause significant disruption for both tutors and students.

If you have a lesson booked on a certain day but are forced to cancel it, you will be offered a lesson on an alternative day. We are flexible but only when lessons are cancelled 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations are completely unacceptable and frequent late cancellations will ultimately lead to a student losing their place. These policies are in place to ensure that we can keep class sizes small which benefits our students. We are committed to helping your child and in return we expect a certain level of discipline and professionalism.
